External Resources for Finding People to Camp With
Here are two groups that connect people looking to go on adventures. Both are paid groups (I’m not affiliated with either, but I know the people who run them).
Wilderness Union – Hosts day and overnight trips departing from Toronto. Good way to meet people and fairly priced (transportation is included).

Wilderness Canoe Association – This is how I’ve met people to go on canoe trips with in the past. They also have a sweet magazine and host webinars and live events in Toronto.
